    !! The cliche originated in American West in about 1857 when poker was often played with silver dollars. A gambler who was completely sure his hand would win would push his whole stack of silver dollars, including the one on the bottom into the bet or a final raise.

    （這個俗語起源於美國西部，約於1857年，一些人喜歡以銀元來玩樸克，一完全相信自己會贏的賭徒，會將他整堆銀幣，包括放在最底的一個銀幣作為賭注拿來加大注碼。）
